TECHNIWAVE designs and manufactures RF microwave components and customized microwave equipment for a wide range of markets and applications (SATCOM, point-to-point, point-to-multipoint...).

- High performance Tx/Rx modules up to 90 GHz

- Uplink block-up converter for Ku, Ka and Q band SATCOM links

- GaN PA amplifiers

 

These compact and robust modules meet wireless needs in the millimeter frequency bands. They integrate the SSPA amplifiers using advanced GaN technologies and low-noise agile or fixed sources.
